PerfumeScents distributes its products only within the United Kingdom. The rate of shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders will be delivered by a local tracked delivery service based on the selected shipping method.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The Mail?

The risk for loss of products during shipment shall lie with Perfumescents and we will completely reimburse or reship items that get lost.

When Will My Order Get Shipped?

PerfumeScents shall make sure that the order will be shipped within 1 working day from the time the client places the order.

Undelivered Order?

If the customer address is either incorrect or the address not accessible, the item may be returned to PerfumeScents.
In this instance, only the value of the product(s) supplied will be refunded minus the return postage costs incurred by PerfumeScents.
